Harman Jivtesh Singh gained experience working as a lawyer for 2 years in a civil litigation firm in India, looking after land expropriation matters at the Court of Appeals. After completing National Accreditation Assessment (NCA) requirements and Bar exams, Harman was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2023.
Harman has extensive experience in Residential Conveyancing, Estate Planning, drafting Wills, Power of Attorneys, and Representation Agreements. Harman is multilingual and is fluent in English, Punjabi and Hindi. When not in the office, Harman likes to spend most of his time at a golf course or a practice range.
Harman is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, Canadian Bar Association, and the Punjab & Haryana Bar Association (India).
